Dale Leon Flach, 80 of Dell City Texas died Wednesday, January 10th, 2018, in El Paso Texas. Dale L. Flach, son of Lynn and Pearl Flach was born on June 6, 1937 in Litchville ND. He was raised there and after high school entered the army, after two years he was discharged and began his career in the communications industry. On July 4th 1959, he married Kathleen Ruth Rowe, Together they had three children Rhonda, Peggy, and Zachary. Dale and Kathy raised their children in Wisconsin, Alabama, Montana and Texas. They moved to Dell City Texas in 1986 when he became general manager of Dell Telephone Coop. Kathy and Dale were very involved in the community they, loved camping, fishing and hunting. They also enjoyed competing in the area chili cook offs. On August 23, 1997 Dale lost the love of his life. On March 7, 1998 Dale, married Yuba Kathleen Sparks Foreman. Dale retired in 2002, and was still involved with the industry, serving on several boards and serving as mayor of Dell City up until his death. Dale and Kathy enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, and caring for their sweet little dog, Jackie! Dale is survived by his wife, Yuba (Kathy), Dell City; daughters, Rhonda Whited (Frankie), Bastrop, Texas, Peggy Hance (Mark), Billings MT; a son Zachary (Tracie) Flach, Denver, CO; a step daughter Dana Stephens (Dave), Denver; three grandsons, Travis (Jackie) Flach, Michael (Jazmine) Flach, and Bryce Pearson; five granddaughters, Finesse Haney, Katrina (Wesley) Wagner, Jessica (Kenny) Lewey, Celeste and Ashley Flach; 12 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Jerry Flach of Hannaford ND, Mike (Joran) Flach, Bruce (Tina) Flach both Fargo ND, and three sisters, Bonnie (Bob) Anderson, Apple Valley MN, Barb (Al) Peach, Fargo ND, Julie Barth, Edina MN. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Lynn and Pearl Flach , his first wife, Kathleen Flach, a sister, Lois Ladbury and a brother, Douglas Flach. The funeral service for Dale will be 10:30 am Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Oliver-Nathan Funeral Chapel, Valley City, North Dakota. Visitation will be 6 -7 pm Friday with a prayer service at 7 pm in the chapel. Visitation will continue one hour before the service in the chapel.
